Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about us.

The Ross-Pitts Family Foundation, Inc. was born out of a profound tragedy: the violent loss of a cousin in April 2025. This event ignited a passion in eight family members to do more than just support our own family. It became our urgent mission to pour love and support into the broader community and stand alongside other families experiencing similar heartbreak.

Incorporated in June 2025, we are proud to be a foundation that has hit the ground running, positively impacting our community by offering scholarships, business start-up grants, and emergency support resources and funding.

Our core mission is to prevent community violence, support and educate youth and their parents, and assist individuals overcoming challenges.

We recognize that sticking together through tragedy was essential for our family’s healing, and that shared sense of love, connection, and support is what we continuously pour into our community. We truly believe that strong families are the pillars of great communities, and this is our aim for our foundation.

We have a significant goal of reaching $500,000 in funding by the end of 2026. We are grateful for your potential support, partnership, involvement, and/or utilization of our resources.
